Terms and Conditions
Company refers to Natural Earth Safaris Pty Ltd and it’s Directors.
Client refers to the guest making the booking.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance payment is required within 30 days of arrival.
Day Trip Safaris require full payment to confirm booking.
Rates are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR). Rates may change without notice and are subject to economic fluctuations.
Unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to weather, riots, mechanical breakdowns, and other unforeseen reasons beyond the control of the Company may cause alterations to the Safari. The Company shall not be held liable in any way for any of these possible occurrences or any consequences, which may arise as a result of these. During overland Safaris, although we make every effort to adhere to the original routing, we reserve the right to occasionally change routes due to changing circumstances.
Cancellations by the Client:
In the event that a Client should cancel the booking and provided that Natural Earth Safaris receives notice in within 30 days or more in writing, then the Client will receives a refund less 30% of total booking price. No refunds will be given if the cancellation is made within 14 days of the Safari commencement date.
Cancellations by the Company:
If for some unlikely reason a lodge/camp/package becomes unavailable after dates have been booked, then an alternate and similar lodge/camp/package will be made available. Should the alternate be unacceptable to the Client, then the Client will be entitled to a full and immediate refund.
Indemnity:
I am aware that there are hazards and dangers involved in traveling through remote areas and off road, as well as in participating in associated activities undertaken while on Safari. I and my heirs, executors, administrators of assigns hereby indemnify, hold harmless and expressly exempt the Directors of Natural Earth Safaris, David William Hancock & Troy Courtney Meeser, as well at the Company’s members, staff and helpers, from any liability for delay, inconvenience, accident, injury or death arising from any cause whatsoever. I hereby undertake to obey lawful instructions given by the guides or their assigned helpers. I voluntarily assume the risks of taking part in the Safari outing. Adults take full responsibility for their children during the safari and will ensure that their children adhere to any and all instructions given by the guides or their assigned helpers. Alternate routes and arrangements may be made during the Safari due to unforeseen circumstances. All equipment used during the Safari remains the property of Natural Earth Safaris, and any equipment damaged through negligence or misuse will be for the Client’s account.
